1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the website and purchasing custom 3D printed modifications from FORGEDLAYER, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms, conditions, and notices. If you do not agree, please discontinue website usage immediately.

2. Material Property & Thermal Warning

Our accessories are fabricated using high-quality polymers, but like all 3D prints, they have physical thermal limitations:

• PLA Pro Materials: Used for our stands, covers, and containers. PLA Pro has a thermal softening point of approximately 55°C (131°F). Do not expose PLA Pro accessories to high temperatures (e.g. inside a closed car in the summer, or washed inside a hot dishwasher).
• Tough PETG Materials: Used for cycling and heavy-stress wall brackets. Tough PETG is highly durable and handles ambient temperatures up to 80°C (176°F).

We are not liable for deformation, damage, or accidents resulting from placing PLA Pro accessories in extreme heat or using them outside their intended engineering parameters.

3. Custom & Bespoke Design Specifications

When commissioning bespoke custom accessories, you certify that any supplied dimensions, specifications, or 3D files (.STL/.STEP) are accurate. We are not responsible for fitment failure due to incorrect measurement details provided by the customer.

4. Intellectual Property

All CAD models, geometric layouts, branding logos, website graphics, and custom Stand architectural details are the sole property of FORGEDLAYER. Resale, reproduction, or commercial distribution of our 3D printed files or physical prints without prior authorization is strictly prohibited.

5. Governing Law

These terms of service and any separate purchase agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates.
