1. The Made-To-Order Model

Unlike mass-manufactured retailers, FORGEDLAYER operates a zero-waste made-to-order manufacturing model. Every order enters our printing queue in our Jumeria Workshop immediately after check-out.

Please allow 2 to 3 business days for manufacturing, dimensional check, calibration testing, and assembly. High-demand releases or custom color requests may take an additional 1-2 days.

2. Domestic UAE Shipping

We partner with local express courier services to provide fast, reliable delivery throughout the UAE:

• Flat Rate Shipping: AED 15 flat rate for all orders under AED 200.
• Free Shipping: All orders over AED 200 automatically qualify for free shipping.
• Delivery Speed: 1-2 business days once the print is completed and dispatched. You will receive an SMS tracking code.

3. GCC & Regional Shipping

We deliver to our cycling and coffee enthusiast community across the GCC region, including Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Oman, Bahrain, Qatar, and Jordan:

• GCC Flat Rate: AED 35 for standard express shipping.
• Delivery Speed: 3-5 business days transit time once dispatched. Custom duties, if applicable at the border, are the responsibility of the recipient.

4. Worldwide Delivery

We offer courier shipping globally via DHL Express and FedEx:

• Rates: Calculated dynamically at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination country.
• Delivery Speed: Typically 5 to 10 business days depending on location.

5. Delivery Address Changes

If you need to change your delivery address or contact number, please contact us immediately on WhatsApp or email (hello@forgedlayer.ae) before dispatch. Once the item is in the courier's possession, address modifications cannot be guaranteed.
